1. Internet Marketing Conference
================================
Many of the world's leading Internet marketing experts will be in Las Vegas for the Internet Marketing Strategy Days conference on the 10th, 11th and 12th of April.
Experts from the US, Sweden, Denmark, Canada, Israel and even Australia will be speaking on everything from domain names to trademark issues, search engine optimization, meta tags, cloaking and even pay per click search engines.
I'm been invited to speak and will be attending all three days of the conference. I'm eagerly waiting to hear from you if you are going or plan on being in Las Vegas for the conference. I hope to put faces to some of these email addresses.
Senior marketing director of GoTo: Craig Wax, CTO of FindWhat: Craig Pisaris-Henderson, CEO of SearchHound: Dave Mullikin and Marshall D. Simmonds, Director of search at About.com will all be speaking.
Other speakers include Jim Wilson, Detlev Johnson, Shari Thurow, a representative from Inktomi and Kate Wingerson of Looksmart.
You can see a full list of the speakers and the complete program on the IMS 2001 site.

2. Do you keep track of your traffic?
=====================================
If you're trying to decide which pay per click search engines to use, you'll want to know how much traffic a particular engine is likely to send you. But that isn't enough. You also want to know how USEFUL that traffic is likely to be.
Is the traffic you're receiving resulting in sales?
Are you keeping track of the conversion rates of traffic from different pay per click search engines?
If so, I'd love to hear the details.
I'm working on some conversion rate tests and will report the results in this newsletter.
3. e-Rabbit purchases SearchGalore.com
======================================
SearchGalore.com was recently purchased by e-Rabbit Enterprises, Inc. Christopher Marks, CEO of e-Rabbit, is genuinely interested in making SearchGalore one of the best pay per click search engines around.
Christopher says, "For a short period of time we will match any initial amount that a new advertiser puts into their account."
4. NetZero uses GoTo for search
